Products featuring handmade or artisan-style designs may display small variations in color, pattern, shape, and decorative details. Such variations do not necessarily indicate a defect.

Your order is accepted when we confirm its acceptance. If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been collected, we will provide any refund required by applicable law.

06. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders with care. Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and may vary depending on destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, and other circumstances.

Unexpected events, including severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, may affect delivery times.

07. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

We offer free return shipping for approved eligible returns and do not charge a restocking fee. Cancellation requests may be submitted within 15 minutes of placing an order for items that have not been fulfilled.

Because soaps are personal care products, hygiene-related return restrictions may apply to used or opened items. Customized products may also have additional conditions. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Our cleansing soaps are intended for external use in accordance with their individual product instructions. Decorative or food-inspired soaps are not edible and should not be mistaken for food.
